Meeting Women In Natal and Pipa (Brazil) – The 2021 Guide

Natal women are attractive with nice firm bodies. However, it’s not the most touristic city. The only tourist area is Ponta Negra. You can walk through this area in one afternoon. For single male travelers this counts in Natal’s favor. Because you get a more local Brazilian feel in this city. It’s not ruined by mass tourism. If you want to meet local women, there’s at least not that many tourists swarming the city to compete with. You’re more intriguing. The girl would think: “Why did this gringo come to visit specifically my city?”

Natal Women

Natal is my favorite place in the North East, thus far. It’s better than Maceio, Salvador, and Aracaju. Maybe this is because Natal is not very touristic. Natal often gets lashed on Social media and travel forums. You get told to skip Natal, rather go to Recife, Salvador, or Maceio, etc. So Natal is only on the fringes of the mainstream tourist route. Thus, as a tourist, you’re slightly more exotic to the local Natal women.

Before my trip, I researched these travel forums myself. This is why I flew directly to Salvador. So many people said Salvador is cool and touristic. But the fact that there is so many tourists in Salvador, is one of the reasons why it sucks. I wouldn’t care if I never return to Salvador, but I would like to return to Natal if the communist “lockdown” restrictions ever ends. I’d love to experience the regular nightlife in this city.

I also appreciate that Praia da Pipa is close to Natal, as a weekend getaway once in a while. Pipa is to Natal, as Porto de Galinhas is to Recife, Morro de Sao Paulo to Salvador, or Buzios and Cabo Frio to Rio. The best beaches are usually not within these state capital cities (except Rio de Janeiro with Leblon beach).

There seems to be good nightlife under normal circumstances in Ponta Negra. But in March 2021 everything is shut for the scamdemic. Curfew was 10pm, and bars closed at 8pm, so I can’t review the nightlife this time around.  I did walk on the seafront promenade at night, but the promenade is better during the daytime. Plus, many of these promenade restaurants are tourist traps with high prices. To get better value for money, go a few streets back, away from the beach.

Natal girls are decently in shape. There are some beautiful asses everywhere (although I didn’t always like the face, often I did.) This includes the central part of Natal. For example, I went to Natal Shopping Center. There were one or two attractive girls inside in the daytime.

Natal could be a decent place to live under normal circumstances. It’s definitely a better place to live than Salvador. I’d even rate Natal higher than Maceio – which is perhaps too tourist-oriented.

For working out, I went to Selfit Gym. Daypass is 20 Reals. There are hot girls inside plus good machines.
The top local cuisine restaurant is Mangai. It’s pay-per-kilo. Sample all the local food from Rio Grande do Norte State. Natal also has good steakhouses, like FAACA. These upmarket restaurants are also suitable as date locations.

Ponta Negra

If you visit Natal, you’d want to stay in Ponta Negra neighborhood. This is where the daylife, nightlife and beachlife happens. In Ponta Negra there’s a handful of European tourists spilling over from Pipa. For example, they go to Pipa, then go to Natal for their flight back to e.g. Sao Paulo. There is only sporadic daygame, but definitely some hot girls.

I initially stayed in a private Agora hostel room for a few days. The location is great. Close to the food, nightlife, gym, and with easy access to the rest of the city. However, obviously a hostel is much harder to pull girls to after a fun date, than a private apartment.

The beach at Ponta Negra attracts a lot of surfers and body-boarders. There’s a nice seaside promenade, similar to all other Brazilian coastal cities. Ponta Negra is the direct opposite type of beach than Aracaju (which has huge strips of white sand). In Ponta Negra, there is only a small strip of sand between the promenade and the ocean. In fact, during high tide, the ocean comes up directly against the promenade. Thus there isn’t much space for lying around and tanning. A Tsunami will be devastating to Ponta Negra. Looking out of my Airbnb room, at the Ponta Negra beach (main photo above), it does feel like I could even be in Phuket Thailand right now. It’s a very relaxed chilled vibe outside.

Online Dating in Natal, Brazil

Natal has very hot girls online. Since Natal is not the most touristic city, these girls tend to be friendly and more open to meet foreigners. Plus, girls online in Ponta Negra are hotter than Maceio, Salvador, and many other North-Eastern Cities. You could easily organize a few quick meetups or Hookups in Natal, if you’ve got the logistics.

Also check out Brazilcupid to look for a few local beauties in the Rio Grande Do Norte State. The girls on there would specifically like to meet a handsome gringo like yourself.

Natal Online Dating Pull

I matched with a cute girl with a thong photo, on tinder. As I mentioned in my DTF matches blogpost, a thong in an online dating photo means the girl is DTF. Tinder thongs are very common in Brazil’s coastal cities. During the texting, she called me “handsome” and blew some kisses. She was 10 years younger than me. I matched with a few girls like this, but didn’t have time to date them all before leaving this city. I could probably have had a lot of easy hook-ups, like I did in Rio, if I stayed longer. But the curfew and lockdown fascism put me off Natal and Pipa. This is why I left Rio Grande Do Norte. I don’t have high tolerance for communist bullshit.

So I met my match at a bar close to me. I ordered a plate of grilled vegetables, while the girl ate a small hamburger. After Pipa, I became somewhat nutritionally deprived. Since Pipa mostly has the backpacker pizza and burger vibe. Restaurants having limited hours due to the scamdemic also didn’t help. The girl drank a caipirinha, I had a beer and mineral water.

After an hour or so of conversation, I suggested we go drink wine in my apartment. She agreed. I told her I’ve got good wine from Rio Grande Do Sul (Porto Alegre). She then mistakenly thought I went to Porto Alegre and bought the wine there. But actually I simply got it in the Supermarket the previous day. While walking to my airbnb, she gave me the typical pulling shit test. Something like: What if you murder me up there in your apartment? I simply flip everything back unto the girl. For example, pointing out that she’s a local, I’m a tourist. Thus she potentially has local connections to e.g. steal my kidneys. It doesn’t even have to make rational sense. I totally improvise my shit test responses.

Once inside my room, we drank a glass of wine each, and consummated. Thus, a straightforward pull with an attractive Brazilian girl. Like many other Natal girls, she also lives with her parents. Girls living with their parents obviously get sexually frustrated at times. Lastly, of course, she had a hot ass (uma bunda gostosa).

During this scamdemic, most of your pulls will be online. There’s almost nada nightlife, while daygame is sporadic.

Praia Da Pipa

 

There is very little online dating in Pipa. Tinder, Bumble and Brazil Cupid was dead over there.

Daygame is currently very sporadic, but since it’s all tourist girls, it has a lot of potential. If the nightlife is allowed some breathing space again, then this might be a great little town, swarming with backpackers. Currently it’s very quiet.

I definitely recommend staying in backpackers instead of pousadas (guesthouses). But currently these hostels are struggling with only a few guests each. I asked a Natal date which Pipa hostel she recommends, she responded: No Worries Hostel (because it’s central and fun). On the other hand, Lagarto na Banana is great for organized activities around Pipa, but way too far to walk to the heart of Pipa. Another daygame approach in Pipa recommended Casa do Jack. its right on the beach. In many of the dorms / rooms you can even see the ocean outside your window. This may be great if you’re in your early 20s and don’t care about any form of luxury at your accommodation. But it’s potentially shit if you prefer something upmarket.

With regards to the beaches, I walked from Dolphin Beach, through the central beach, to Praia do Amor, in the same afternoon. This was during low tide. You cannot do this during high tide, as the sea level goes up to the cliff. So you have to check the tides before you go to Dolphin Bay (“Baia dos Golfinhos”). Otherwise you may get into trouble.

I get a Greek islands vibe from Pipa. It’s like a cheaper, more down to earth version of Mykonos, Ios, or Santorini (maybe a combination of all 3).

I might return some day, when the nightlife is recaptured from the corrupt politicians. I like the laid-back vibe in this place. But I would prefer to come during regular high season. Currently you may walk across one or two hot girls in the daytime. So that’s a lot of pressure to make something of one good approach opportunity per day. However, if you stay in a hostel, there’ll likely be more opportunities. I stayed in Di Pipa Pousada (Guesthouse) during the 3 days I spent in Pipa. However, they had signs everywhere on the premises :”no guests from outside”. Which is a deal-breaker. Thus definitely, try to find a cool hostel instead, with lots of daytime group activities.

Hippy girls enjoy the yoga, meditation, laidback lifestyle in this town. These girls usually stay in Backpackers like Lagarto Na Banana where they prepare vegetarian food together. However, as I mentioned this particular hostel is too far out.

How To Get To Pipa from Natal

Uber is more expensive than the local Brazilian ride-sharing app: 99 Taxi. This app can take you to Pipa in 2021, for around R$110.

On the other hand, Pipa VIP transfer costs around R$25 to R$35. They have offices in Ponta Negra, as well as in Pipa. The problem is these guys don’t speak English. Thus ask your hotel or hostel, if necessary, to help you organize the transfer via whatsapp or phone call. I speak some Portuguese, so I didn’t have any problems with them. I recommend VIP transfer for solo travelers. Otherwise, 99taxi is good if you are 2 or 3 people.

There is also a public bus, which is the cheapest option. But they have many stops inbetween and it takes the longest. Thus this is the least comfortable option to get to Pipa and back.

A negative transport factor in Natal, is the flights from Natal airport is far more expensive than flying to or from Recife. In addition, Natal airport is also quite far away from Ponta Negra. So budget in an extra R$60 for a ride to the airport.

Conclusion

Natal and Pipa has a lot of potential for meeting cute girls, and having a good time. Especially under normal circumstances. Currently the communist decrees is ruining Brazil. Yet, as an old friend used to say: You can still eat marshmallows while the house is burning down. Especially in Natal. I did, and so can you.

If you would like one or two more useless facts: Natal means Christmas in Portuguese – since the city was discovered on Christmas day by the European settlers. While Pipa means Barrel (it also means “kite” – but this translation is not relevant to the name of the beach). While sailing, the Portuguese settlers saw a huge rock that looked like a barrel, thus called it Pipa Beach.
